New Single “Sweat and Move"

Though I have never stopped performing for too long of a period and love being on stage with the band and entertaining, I feel the fire within me this year to write and record more than I have for the past decade, basically since my Cali Love album release. I have been writing and recording new ideas with a fresh inspiration and approach to the craft but currently also still work a 9-5 job full time so am trying to record and release as many of these new ideas as often as I can in between work and family life and the dozen or so shows I’m playing this summer, aside from my monthly Reggae Night residency at Martin’s Downtown. Sweat and Move is the latest in a series of songs I intend to release this year and has a club/dance/Latin vibe all its own, different from a lot of my roots, ska, rock and SoCal reggae tunes from albums past. I had been performing iterations of this song for the past year at shows but never fully completed what I envisioned as the final product until now and am excited to finally share this one with errrybody. Sweat and Move is about letting it all go and releasing the stress and strain of everyday life and freeing your mind and body, moving to the groove, celebrating life together, for all that it is. “Sweat and Move” is available for Spotify pre-save 8/15/25 (click on image) and released on all platforms 8/29/25 and as always, early free download for those on the Fan Mailing List (sign up at bottom of page).
